- Go to theorytest.ie — this is the official Prometric booking site
- Select your test type: Car (Category B) for most people
- Choose a test centre: Pick your nearest or one with the shortest wait
- Select a date and time: Available slots will be shown
- Enter your details: Name, date of birth, PPSN, and contact information
- Pay EUR 45: By credit card, debit card, or voucher
