Common questions
How do I restore my purchase on a new device?
Open the app, go to Settings → Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you used to buy.
I can't sign in — what do I do?
Try the magic link (we'll email you a one-tap sign-in). If that fails, email support@l-plate.ie with your account email and we'll sort it.
How do I cancel my subscription?
iPhone: Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions. Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future billing — you keep access until the period ends.
A question feels wrong — how do I report it?
Every question in L-Plate comes from the official RSA bank. If you think there's a mistake, email support@l-plate.ie with the question text and we'll check it.
Pass Promise — how does it work?
Complete 3+ mock tests in the app, sit your real RSA test, and if you fail we'll give you 30 days free access. Email support@l-plate.ie with your test receipt.
